In response to severe floods in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, CtrlS partnered with Nirmaan Organization to support 834 displaced families with “Back to Home” kits containing essential items to restart their lives. These kits were tailored for safe storage in temporary shelters and distributed through close coordination with local leaders to ensure equitable reach, especially in remote areas. Beyond emergency aid, this initiative provided hope and stability, helping families move from crisis to recovery. It reflects CtrlS’s commitment to disaster response and long-term community resilience.
CtrlS, in partnership with People Combine Foundation-Ketto, has built a robust emergency response framework to deliver rapid, tech-enabled aid during natural disasters. From floods to cyclones, the initiative ensures immediate relief and long-term recovery across affected regions. By leveraging digital platforms for crowdsourcing and transparent resource tracking, CtrlS ensures aid reaches those most in need, quickly and efficiently. This flexible system adapts to various crisis situations and reflects our commitment to disaster preparedness, community resilience, and responsible aid distribution across multiple states.
In partnership with the Society for Public Safety, CtrlS is enhancing public safety in Nirmal District, Telangana, with a focus on women’s security and inclusive access to public spaces. The initiative includes deploying advanced surveillance systems that deter crime while respecting privacy. It also promotes community involvement through a recognition program that honors civilians and experts contributing to safety. By combining technology with public engagement, this effort fosters safer, more confident navigation of public areas, especially for women, and builds long-term awareness through outreach and media campaigns.
To address severe congestion in Hyderabad’s Madhapur and HITEC City areas, CtrlS launched a traffic management initiative deploying full-time traffic marshals. These trained professionals, equipped with safety gear and communication tools, work alongside local authorities to manage flow during peak hours and events. Their presence has improved safety, reduced commute times, and eased traffic bottlenecks in one of Telangana’s busiest tech hubs. The initiative showcases how private sector participation can enhance public infrastructure, improve daily life for commuters, and support broader urban development goals.
