In 2023–24, CtrlS Datacenters Limited partnered with the Sri Aurobindo Society to launch the Auro Scholar Programme, offering micro-scholarships to nearly 3,000 students across Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. Through app-based, curriculum-aligned assessments, students could earn monthly rewards via Direct Benefit Transfers, helping cover books, internet, and learning needs. The program broke traditional barriers by enabling remote participation and identifying high-potential students often overlooked by conventional systems. By combining technology with inclusive design, CtrlS supported both academic performance and access, making education more equitable, motivating, and continuous.
In partnership with Teach for Change, CtrlS set up smart classrooms in Telangana’s Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, transforming government schools with digital displays, interactive content, and educational software. Aligned with the NIPUN Bharat Mission, the initiative supports foundational literacy and numeracy while building 21st-century skills like digital literacy and problem-solving. Teachers are trained to integrate tech into their methods, enhancing engagement and tracking progress. For many students, this marks their first meaningful interaction with digital tools, boosting confidence and future readiness in both education and careers.

CtrlS supported eight children through the “Reimagine Education” campaign, which promotes alternative learning pathways for students who may not thrive in traditional systems. The initiative recognizes diverse intelligence, creative, emotional, and practical and offers personalized learning plans to nurture each child’s strengths. It also focuses on building life skills like communication, leadership, and resilience. By fostering confidence and holistic growth, the program prepares children for real-world success. Its long-term goal is to create a scalable model for inclusive education that values individual potential over standardized achievement.
The initiative aims to improve attendance, punctuality, and access to education for students from remote villages with safe, reliable transport to school. It especially enhances safety for girl students, reducing risks & encouraging higher enrolment from underserved communities.
