The MoU was signed between CtrlS Founder & CEO Sridhar Pinnapureddy and NGEL CEO Sarit Maheshwari. CtrlS and NGEL acknowledge the strategic opportunity to enhance their business value through a collaborative partnership that leverages their complementary capabilities and shared commercial objectives.
